Sunday School

The Sunday School in Newport currently has 2 classes, basically separated into those in secondary school and those in primary school. Children are taught the lessons of the Bible, by members of the ecclesia who offer their services.

Memorial Service

The Memorial Service is where baptised Christadelphians take the emblems of Christ, Wine and Bread, in memory of the supreme sacrifice for us. While the service is open to non-christadelphians, who will always receive a welcome, they do not take part in the service. Hymns, Prayers, Bible Readings and an Exhortation from an invited speaker, also take place at this meeting.

Evening Lecture

An open public lecture to which all are invited. This hour is intended for and aimed at non-christadelphians and acts as a basis for preaching. If you want to find out more about the Christadelphians then consider attending an evening lecture at your nearest hall.

Happy Faces - Parent and Toddler Group

A weekly group, held within school term time, for pre-school children. Everyone is welcome to come and join us in our playing, craftwork, singing and a drink and biscuit. Tea and Coffee is available for parents/carers. We ask for a small voluntary contribution of 50p for the first child and 20p for each additional child to offset the cost and more importantly to raise money for charities such as Ty Hafen Children's Hospice.

Bible Class

A Bible Study class where usually an invited speaker studies a given subject and presents his findings to the class, leaving it open to discussion with the class at the end of his talk. Input into the discussion is of course optional, but usually a great deal of useful information can be gleaned from those who participate.

Youth Circle

A weekly meeting for young people involving group activities and events
